I couldn't help but notice 90% of the posters in this thread using the word "disk" instead of disc. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I wouldn't recommend the 6 puck for daily driving. I think it causes it to wear out ALOT faster.

While it does hold(very well), it also has shift lock above 7k, has a annoying release point, and sucks in traffic or starting on an incline.

If you plan on modding and can afford it buy an exedy twin, otherwise I'd look at something else.

well, i cant afford a twin disk right now...and i heard the 6 puck lasts longer than the street disk...i hope ACT can chime in....

Also, give careful consideration to where you want your weakest point in the driveline to be. It's cheaper to repalce a clutch then a tranny or a transfer case.

i dont think you want a 6 puck, not good for DD lots of my customers are hating them, i have the HDSS and its very nice for DD, just dont launch the car in every corner
