02 housing

just ordered epm 02 dump is removing the rad totally necessary i plan on doing the swap on a lift and just wanted some input

Not totally necessary but makes life a lot easier to pull the radiator, pull the complete turbo assy, do the swap and then bolt everything back in.

its better to pull of the radiator, cuz forsure you dont wana make a hole on it..been there done that..just take it off, 2 bolts and 2 hoses and disconnect the fan and its out...

I just did a o2 install and I can't imagine how difficult it would be if I didn't pull the rad.

alright cool that post said 5 hours, does it really take that long? me and a buddy are doing it ona lift with all air tools def coating it with pb blaster while i remove the rad

PB blast all the bolts the morning of and right before. Removing the radiator gives you a little more room, and if you're in need of a flush, do it all at once. However, you can leave the radiator in, just put some cardboard over it to protect from denting any fins.
