People happy with the Buscher ported stock manifold?

I saw some photos of it next to the megan tubular manifold, and it looks much nicer. I also heard someone say it flows better than the megan manifold, and will not crack and fall apart like the cheap tubular ones do.

How do people like this, is it a nice port job, even while using the stock head?

Is it worth it getting the jetcoating?

Was it significant over unported? What are your power levels?

I went from a megan tube to a self ported stocker.....huge difference in spool. I won't go back to a tube again.

You can't go wrong with a ported stocker.

We have not gotten any complaints on this service since we've been offering it. It is a VERY hot item. No pun intended. Haha. I dont even know how many manifolds we get in weekly for porting and coating.

Out of all the testing we did when we first started this the only exhaust manifold to make more than our ported & coated manifold was the Full Race manifold which sells in upwards of $900. It made about 2hp more if my memory serves me correctly.

On top of the exhaust manifold service we also recommend our fabricated & coated 02 housing along with the ported & coated turbine housing for maximum power gains.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Jarrod, How does the shearer manifold hold up against the buschur ported?

I know a few of us on here are building RED setups and thinking about going with a shearer or epm tubular when it comes out. Would you recommend just doing a ported stocker over these?

How about when utilizing one of your big turbo kits ex. HTA 35R- would you just recommend staying with a cast manifold?

I have the Buschur Ported Intake w/65mm TB and Buschur Ported/coated Exhaust manifolds and I couldn't be happier.
I couldn't tell you exact gains since I put these on along with the RED, but my logs show "alot" more air flow now..

You cant beat it for the price.
And yes i would get it coated also.

The shearer makes more peak power but the Buschur ported makes better tq and spool.. If your looking for all out power the shearer makes the most peak.. The buschur is all around the best you can buy for the $$$... Thanks!!

I do not know for certain. The Shearer was not out at the time of the original testing. We havent been able to get the 2 items back to back on the dyno for further testing at this time.

I do know Ron's manifold makes good power.
