Send the turbo in and let them take care of it, no need to post this when they didn't have a chance to make it right first.

Edit, looks like you are good to go, i think i'll be picking up a red next season hopefully

FP takes care of their customers. I've been running FP turbos since the first 20g-9 came out, nothing but greatness from this company. I hope everything works out for you!

Regardless we cover failures as long as we dont find parts of your engine stuck inside the turbo, so you are home free RogerV, all we need to do is figure out who you are and when you are going to send the turbo in!

BOOSTON!

Good to hear!

Is this something that is extended to all as i am interested in sending you a unit to have upgraded to a red.

Also does it matter if the turbo was bought brand new or not?

I've had zero personal experience with you but it's nice to see you and the company stepping up to the plate on this!

Customer service is so huge for me, and this is exactly why I bought my Fp Red.

Well, obviously we would like to see some paperwork. I mean you wouldnt get far at Best Buy or Target without a receipt would you?

But as in this guys case, what we really want to do is make sure that people that are running our stuff get taken care of regardless of where they scored the gear. In this particular case the turbo was actually a used turbo bought second hand, so Roger doesnt have any documentation. But Roger is hardcore and wants to run our product so we will do everything we can to help him or anyone else! We have been there before, all you wanna do is run your car and have some fun and whammo, trouble arises for whatever reason. That will always happen, nothing anyone can do about preventing problems with modded cars. What separates the mice from the men is how you solve the problems.

Sent my green in for a red upgrade about six weeks ago and cant wait to get it!! reassuring to see that mne would be covered in the unfortunate event the turbo failed for reasons besides the turbo eating an engine part. I also ordered the upgraded oil line.

Way to go FP.
Thanks for being a standup company
Thats why I got the Green in the first place and then moved on to a RED..
To me, Customer Service is everything..

My Green is sitting in my attic right now..
Got lots of offers but I'm keeping it for now..

mugen777 is a shady person. I would venture to say he hurt the turbo and left you to deal with the rebuild. Props to FP for excellent customer service. That's why I bought an FP Red I'm still waiting patiently for Aaron @ English to call and let me know it's in.

That's really great to hear the only reason i put that out there is maybe also to help you guys out as well.

When i had my oem s/c off my 03 Cobras ported they went so far as to stamp them w/ a new serial # when the work was done for Q/A so regardless of reciept they could track when and who it was initially sold to.

Maybe you guys do something similar i'm not sure

I know Target and Best Buy operate as they do but places like Nordstrom have a much different approach which seems to keep loyal customers coming back if you say customer service is #1

Hey FP.

I bought Rogers FP Green when he bought the FP Red off someone. I have an almost identical setup to him, do i need to run an upgraded line for 30 PSI on the Green as well? I dont want to run into a failure as well. Thanks
