Unhappy Need Help !!!

I have a Greddy profec B-specII boost controller and it works fine but i cant get it to set right..... i want it on 20psi (car all stock) but when i try messing with it i cant get it to spool up and go on exact 20psi it goes to 22-24psi and drops down to 20psi fast i know its extremely bad wich is why i dont want to run any tests on it until i can get it about right so help me out guys yeah....(btw 20 psi is ok right on a stock car not tuned?)

My current settings are

Set:60%
Gain:15%
Set Gain (start boost):20psi
Warning:21psi
Limiter:0

You need to be careful. Don't just start cranking it up more and more, you're going to end up fuel cutting or something. The stock system spikes 20ish and holds about 17psi. There's going to be a little taper of the boost, you just need to adjust it the best you can. Try messing with the gain. Don't turn it up too much until you get tuned.

I meant that it will rise to a higher boost level, and then drop back down. It "spikes" or jumps or rises or hits a higher boost level.

By spiking I mean that it doesn't go straight to 20psi when you floor it. It "spikes" 23 or so, then drops back down to 20.

use the stock boost control system. ECUFlash and a #59 sized pill. I have total control over my boost by using boost desired engine load and max wastegate duty cycle. Its perfect. I've never liked the profec-b with the gain and decay knobs. The stock ecu has gear ,rpm, and load dependant boost control.
