$189 sounds fair. I want one. How do I go about in getting it?

I read that with short shifters, I have to either cut the stock shifter or replace a box piece that's on the stock mechanism. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Would you or anyone by any chance have a part number fo that piece?

Also, I hear good things about the SS bushings. Got them too?
