I would make an assumption and say that they are grounds

do they have plug and play connectors on them or what?

It is the plug and play, I was just wondering cause there are 2 of the black wires. I will ground those 2 and give it a shot.

I have the HKS DLI II on my car. My unit has an earth wire coming from the HKS Amp that is bolted onto my chassis. It then has a sleeved loom with 4 plugs for the OEM coil packs. That's all the wiring that mine had. Hope it helps.
