Don't use the paper gasket that comes with it. I reused my OEM metal gasket. Using the paper one is asking for exhaust leaks. Reuse the donut gasket since the outlet is not larger than the donut.

Like other ppl said, I took my radiator out and the extra room was great. Also, you can get an OEM gasket for less than $5...

The O2 housing I got came with a metal gasket, so I used that. I reused the donut gasket because the one I bought didn't come with one. It took some shaving to get it to fit - but it went on finally.

My o2 housing also came with a metal gasket. I was gonna use it instead of reusing the oem one. I will be removing the radiator because its simple and I'm changing my coolant anyway. I'll probably remove the front bumper as well since I'll be installing my FMIC as well.

no problems here on the 02 housing only had problems with the megan racing exhaust manifold, they missed a weld on mine and then told me that there is no way that there could be a leak and that they wouldn't send me a new one, they did everything they could to make me give up on it

Reuse the OE gasket... they ARE better, can be reused over and over if you use the OE torque specs. I've got gaskets that have been reused at least a dozen times or more. Never had one leak. The Megan gaskets are fine south of the donut, but I don't ever use them north of it.

heres a pic of the bolt on the block that if you dont put in you will have a small oil leak... the bolt holds the bracket but also doubles as cover the hole that leads to the balance shaft(i believe thats what its called) so heres the pic and trust me oil will leak ive seen it happen to mine and two others

I'm definetly gonna check that out today ^. I never put that bolts back on and I don't see any oil leaks. I find it weird that this whole would go completely into the block with no washer to keep it completely sealed.

Same here. I re-installed without this bolt and so far so good. When I removed the bolt it was dry so it was not in contact with oil at all. I think I need to remove the undertray to install it so for now I will leave it that way.

The only issue is the install itself. Its just a long process with no shortcuts. I would definitely recommend soaking the bolts with PB blaster or equivelant lub the night before. Also, I hope you have strong arms cause some of these bolts are near impossible to break loose. Akward bolt position made it impossible to use a power bar with the tools. The only problem i ran into was the O2 sensor being stuck on stock housing. I had to torch the sucker off. Besides that, good luck on the install.
