thats your best bet. Get yourself a set of new plugs, properly gap then and report back. Their pretty cheap in comparison to other things, are extremely easy to swap out and they can only help Keep us posted

And im a little confused with what your saying about your clutch. Are you saying you may have fried it only after 5000 miles? If so, either it was installed improperly or you sir need to improve how to drive a stick

I have about 5k miles on my clutch.. but here's the problem.

On the way to work today I tried the "5th gear test" I essentially put the car in 5th gear while rolling at 35mph. It was stutter for a second then the RPMs would shoot to redline. This really blows since I just got this thing installed!! I've been complaining about how hard this clutch is to drive since I got it, I also found that the t-case was leaking oil. Once I tightened that up and put in new oil, the clutch started feeling better. But now I'm afraid the damage is already done.

What do you guys think? What should I do if it is the clutch. Should I replace the whole thing, or just get the replacement wheel or whatever it is... (Not sure what it's called.)

Or do you still think it's the plugs? :-P
maybe sparkplugs

How fast did you get up to that 5th gear test @ redline like 55 mph or 120ish .
If only 55 or so the clutch sound gone .......
