swap i/m and t/b
How hard is it to swap the intake manifold and throttle body? I have spare manifolds (intake and exhaust) and a spare throttle body, I plan on sending them to BR. Theres nothing to the exhaust manifold, thats a straight forward swap. So how hard is the t/b and i/m? I read somewhere that it's a PITA.
At your current WHP, replacing all that stuff you suggested might not be worth the gains, perhaps losses, and not to mention work and money involved. Unless you are setting up for a turbo upgrade.
I think its pretty easy myself. For the underside flange bolts its best to use a wobble extension but a regular one will do. That and take the bracket off underneath first.
Then its a matter of unplugging the sensors and vacuum lines. I personally removed all the sensors and vacuum lines and have them on a separate plate disconnected. I also bought a vacuum block to make things a little cleaner. Before you send it to BR you should clean up all the unused bungs thats if you want a cleaner look.

I'm setting up for a HTA86 or such. Or a Red after I play with the 9 turbo first. I'm also saving for a BR block to handle the power.
It is time consuming but not difficult. The bolts on the bottom of the mani connecting to the mounting bracked are a pain to get to but with a little patience it can be done. I had mine off in a little under 2 hours and back on in another 2 hours. I always take pictures of everything before I begin only to help remember where everything goes.
