Diagnose my Exedy Twin please

Just pulled my Exedy twin SD out, and it looks pretty jacked.

I only bought new discs to rebuild, what do I do about the floater plates/ pressure plate? Can I resurface the floaters? Or what do I do?

It seems one disc wore out uneven on the ouside, the other disc looked even.

Thanks in advance.

The rebuild kit is just the 2 discs, floaters are like 175 each

So it looks like I can get my floater plates resurfaced if need be, and pp inspected as well

Check if your input shaft is bent. My car is a 03 and had a bent input shaft and the end of the clutch portion. See JackTransmission. Placed a new input shaft on the tsb and new 5th gear for this input shaft and no more problems with my clutch (uneven wear). I have a input shaft (new version)

Not sure if the input shaft was bent before, but I bent it during tranny removal, and now have a new evo ix input shaft
