Mitsu CHRA turbo failures...

Any failures ever been seen where there was no in/out shaft play but just enough up and down play where the wheel was able to barely scrape the housing?

Turbo came from a car that lost a rod, there is a very slight hint of some rubbage on the comp housing, wondering if its just due to no oil pressure.

it will probably firm up once it gets oil through it again.

Most likely from a lack of oil pressure.

I hope so, I have a rebuild kit but don't have the time or patience right now for that.
