ARP head Studs?

Also how much WHP does the stock internals holdsĄ?

You should just install them when you install your cams, thats when most people do it. I had mine done at that time, your already in the area and its easy that way. Im not sure how much the stock studs hold.

head studs are more related to boost levels than the power you are pushing...higher boost levels are more likely to put stress on the head and head studs

detonation is a big cause of leaky head gaskets

not sure on how much the stock ones hold, but I'd do the headstuds w/ the cam install like monkey said, just for cheap insurance esp if plan to up the boost
