Just had my brothers Evo 9 in at a bodyshop of a car dealership that I work at and ended up running into a problem. Car doesn't start!

The body work on the car was very minor (front bumper repaint). As soon as the car was finished, a bodyshop employee started the car to back it out of the garage. The car started fine, he put it in reverse and backed out about 10 feet then he stalled the car. This is understandible because the car does have a Exedy single disc in it with a stiff pedal feel to it. But then he tried to restart the car and nothing!

All the motor does is just turn over, but no start. It doesn't even try to sputter. I know the car is getting fuel because I can smell gas. A tech came out to check for spark and he says there is no spark (I think he had a tester) and the spark plugs look clean. I let the car sit for a few hours but still no start. Just the slight smell of gas and the motor just turning over.

As for mods that I think could possibly cause the problem:

-Spark tech non CDI coils
-S1 cams
-780cc injectors
-AMS dynotune on stock ECU
-Walbro pump
-Greddy turbo timer
-this car doesn't have an aftermarket alarm

The car did run with these mods for about 2 years and it never did this before. The car does have other mods but I feel they are unrelated to the issue like a turbo ect...

This happen to anybody else? What should we be looking for? It will go to a Mits dealer if we can't find a solution. I did a search for this and found similar issues but with different solutions or different symtoms. Please Help!
