Rear o2 Sensor Removal / reprecussions

Ive been searching on the boards, and I know that tephra has discovered how to remove it all together. I am wanting to remove my CBE, and just run right off of the down pipe. In disconnecting my rear o2 sensor, other than a CEL, does anyone know what effects it will have on my car? I know that the rear o2 sensor is to ensure that the cat is doing its job, but other than that. Will there be any adverse reactions? Thanks for your help guys.

PS if you have something retarded to say, go to the OT and post it where someone cares. if your post is NON-Informative, dont bother

THANKS

I removed my rear O2 and the only consequence is a CEL.... I use the bung for my LC-1...

I think there are a lot of people running around w/o the Rear02 with no problems of any sort as a result. This includes myself. I also put a LC-1 in the old bung, and used the LC-1 analog out to simulate the old Rear02 to prevent CEL. But the tephra method is much more common, and probably easier.

Hmmm, lets think about this... lets dump 600 degree exhaust temperature gases right out underneath our car, specifically under the center console and driveshaft tunnel. I'm sure all of that heat will be good for the underneath of your car and everything else above it.

Is there a certain reason you want to run just a dp? For the sound? Coolness factor???

Why not fabricate at least a dumptube out the side of your car?
