p0300 random misfire!!!!

Please help me out, I have this dreaded 300 code that will not go away. Also I have a emmisions test coming up next month. I really don't know what I should do next. I have tried taking It back to my tuner, and still I get the check engine light with the 300 code. Maybe I should try taking it back to my tuner again. What do you guy's think?

in the ECUFLash forum there is a thread about how to turn off that test entirely while maintaining the ODBII readiness state needed to pass emissions.
