CWiLL & TD Autowerkes team 780whp Build

So for the past week Ive been down in Mia at one of the nicest shops in SFL, TD Autowerkes. They have recently bought a 04 RR RS and wanted a awsome street car. So last Wendesday we started on the project by puling the stock motor to put in a built one, fuel system, turbo kit etc. By friday it was running and ready to dyno. The setup is:

Built Block
Ported head and Ferrea Valvetrain
Stock intake mainfold ported n tb
Exedy Tripple disc
Fabworx turbo kit
Precision 6765 billet non bb
Ets 3.5in intercooler (probably maxed out)
Sparktech COP
AEM
1600cc injectors
Tuned by Lance
The car made 777whp n 517tq

BTW The car is a complete street car with ps, ac, full interior and two babyseats for the guys kids.
Id like to say thanks and its was a pleasure to work with Damian, Diego, Ramon, and Lenny all at TD Autowerkes. And thanks to Lance for the tunning and Greg at Machines Gone Wild for the dyno and help.

There will be video up soon when i get time to edit it

I want to thank Damian @ TD Autowerkes, CWiLL, R@mon, the whole gang at Machines Gone Wild and, of course, Lance for doing a great job with the car in 4 days! Intercooler is not efficient (only 3.5") so we definetely need to go with something bigger but amazingly we have plenty of fuel for more power. Injector duty cycle is only at 81% with (4) 1600cc injectors. Also the 3" exhaust with 2 resonators is really hurting the car. It picked up 47 WHP just by removing the muffler. Plenty of room to improve but will keep experimenting next week, wanna make it to the NSCRA event tmrw. Will post up video and dyno graph later.

The car has lots more in it.... We had some huge setbacks due to the turbo manifold/turbo but at the end it all turned out pretty well.

We also ran into some issues with the powerband having a 150whp dip right at 8,000 rpm, but as you can see we figured it all out.

Hope it runs well tomorrow....
