Part selection choice?

Im removing what I have now and going with a new FP red w/ 80mm inlet + porting. Can I still achieve my goal of anything over 400 on a mustang dyno on 93oct with the stock actuator that comes with this turbo? are there any downsides to running the stock internal verse the external? I hate when externals dump so I do not want a dumptube.

Im also going back and forth on changing my IC piping. Right now I dont even know what brand it is, but its black piping and looks a bit weak. I want to get the best flowing parts I can find so I can make nice / clean and smooth power.

My setup will be as follows.

fp red (ported)
perrin fmic
forge bov
hallman pro rx
hks intake
hks 272's e/i
fic 880's
walbro 255
stock turbo manifold (for now)
stock o2 housing (for now)
buscher 3" tbe + 2 bullet setup
act clutch & flywheel

and other misc things.

How much would I benefit by porting the stock o2 + manifold?
Will it lower the spool time some? Im all about fast spool.

As for ic piping, what do you guys all recommend and run?

I think thats all for now, Im looking to make average or above
average power with the setup I have.

Boost leak tested entire car and no leaks cept for tb shaft seals,
which Im currently replacing right now. so the entire system should
be leak free for now.

Heres a pic of the engine bay from awhile back. http://tinyurl.com/qmr2m5

does that upper ic piping seem sufficient enough? I bought the car with mods, and the guy I bought it from isnt that great with knowing what all was on it.
