HKS Hi-Power Possiable Issues.

I just ordered a HKS Hi-power and I was told and saw pics of a HKS Hi-Power that had fitment issues on the 05 MR but I tried to cancel it but was to late. Is there anyone that has installed a HKS Hi-Power on a 05-06 MR Without Issues?

I did the same thing except that I ordered the HKS Carbon-Ti and then I found out that it has fitment issues. Lickely for me I found out few hours after I placed my order so I was able to call and cancel the order. Then I decided to go with the Greddy Ti-C, seem slike a lot of Evo owners are very happy with this system. Hope you make it work.

The Carbon Ti did not have issues but what Understand is that the 30th is the same as the Reg Hi-power minus the SS pipeing. But we will see.

Just the catback?

If so I have one on my USDM IX (06) MR and it appears to fit correctly.

I have the HKS hi-power catback on my car and the only fitment issue I had was that it kinda sits sideways in the rear where the muffler / tip is.
Which i guess is the difference from usdm to jdm bumper fitment.
Scorched the CF protector I have there, so I'ts just some black soot really. wipes right off.
Of course the 3 foot flames that shoot out when i hit the rev limiter from the alky doesn't help.. lol

Other than that, it fits and works perfectly..
And not too loud til you go WOT.

So you all did not have issues thats good to hear because the last owner had one and had to get a shop to fix a hanger and then had sold it after the driveshaft rub it went onto beating the gas tank.
