Help Please...

Ok while im cruising no matter what speed....the car seems to stumble...its like its missing spark...but I just changed the plugs to NGK BPR8ES at .22 My old NGK BPR7ES at .24 were also doing it...since it has exhaust you can hear it like popping like the spark is wrong...

You mean a gap of, .022", and, .024", respectively, and not as you happened to write, .22, and .24. 0.24", is essentially a quarter of an inch. This would be a huge gap of course. Your car's engine would sputter, if it ran at all.

Sparky always makes me laugh.

Coil-pack is probably going bad, try to see if you can swap out with an evo buddy to test it.

Check coils and wires first.
