Lightbulb Need advise on my new clutch choice. Help!

I'm in need of a new clutch and currently looking at the fidanza 3.2 kit. Is this a good choice or should it be something from ACT or Exedy? I'm looking to upgrade the power levels after the clutch and brakes are finished. I'd like to do this right so does anyone have suggestions?

what power levels do you plan on reaching and what is your price range? twin disk is sweet but pricey...

I had the same problem about a week ago. Fried my clutch and I decided on the ACT sprung 6 puck with the ACT Streetlite flywheel. Can't wait to get my car back.

^^^ If you can afford it get the exedy twin. but otherwise ACT, Exedy, Fidanza are all good.

I'm looking at around 350 to 400 for now. I heard some things about the twin discs but anyone that has them has way more hp than I do. What do you guys say?

You could give the RPS max series a try for the evo, half the price of the exedy twin but is a ten second capable clutch

well if you ever had the exedy stage 1 organic I would say a little stiffer than that, I DD mine all the time, and I've gotten use to it and its not a problem for me I have the six puck, if you want a more street feel, they have the street disk as well

Have you looked at Competition clutches at all? Their Stage 2, 3, and 4 are very nice and among the cheapest on the market. I personally have the Stage 3 and am very happy with it. If your stock clutch has lasted 50k miles you obviously not very hard on them so the Stage 2 would most likely be ideal for you, but you could go for the Stage 3 if you want some extra holding power and potentially longer life since its Kevlar.

I'm still going to need that holding power on the track. I don't have enough mods to go to twin clutches or carbon carbon set ups. I'm gonna need one real soon. For now I guess I'm gonna go with a single. Wish me luck. Thanx for the help.
