^^^ Holy thread jack Bat-man... OP did you figure out what you need to? The FPR needs a dedicated vacuum source, if you have any extra nipples they need to be capped.

It is always best to route the fuel pressure regulator to a direct manifold connection and also not make any T connections to the connection to minimize the likelyhood of a boost loss or other failure from the connections to effect the fuel pressure. I like to use glue and zip ties to assure a solid and reliable connection.

For anyone who does not already know, this is about the most important small line in your engine compartment in terms of risk and engine health.

The FPR or AFPR increases fuel pressure 1:1 with rising boost. The vacuum hose in question is what provides the signal to the AFPR to regulate fuel pressure. If the hose comes off under boost, the AFPR loses the signal, and does not increase the fuel pressure as it should. Instant lean engine condition = major trouble.

Make sure you use a strong system of installation methods to keep this hose where it belongs!

do you recommend i install it into the intake manifold directly or is it ok to have it connected in a T along with the boost control solenoid?

My personal preference is a dedicated line for the FPR, without any "T" or other joints, either to the manifold directly, or to a vacuum block with large lines feeding the block.
