RPM not going down quickly??

Well to start off I just had my clutch and flywheel replaced I bought act xtss and now the rpm does not go down quickly it will float wherever I had revved it to, and then slowly decel. It does this in neutral and I can notice it when I am in gear. Any thoughts on what it could be? possibly boost leak? any help is appreciated.

I believe this is caused by our factory blow off valves recirculating air back into the intake. Could be wrong though..

maybe due to the lightweight flywheel? but I got the act streetlite which is only about 1lb lighter it shouldn't have made that much of a difference.

Did you plug the Vehicle Speed Sensor back in? If it is unplugged or damaged, what you are saying is what happens.
