i know im trying to think what it could be what i said is mostly what everyone else will say it could be your exhaust but if i were u i would contact a local tuning shop and see if they can log your AFR's which also could be your problem..you might be leaning out not getting any fuel to your injectors

oh duh...... I just checked your original post. your cat is clogged man. take your exhaust off at the back of the downpipe.

I removed the cat and found large chunks of scorched cat membrane. i removed it all nadf cleared what was left of the cat, now im boosting 3psi with no motor hesitation. no more jerking. however, still stumped as to why such low boost.!!!!!!!

I'd say you probably either A) have an extreme backpressure problem. Does your car sound normal on idle? Or B) (Which this is what I was leaning towards until I read your last post about your cat) Check your MAF. It may be nice and clean but may be going out or reading incorrectly. Do you have a friend with an evo you could swap the maf with? I would try to rule the MAF out, since it seems that our cars rely more heavily on it...
