hey guys...i am right now contemplating runnning meth in my car..i really love the power delivery as of yet but wouldnt mind a little bit more...who would for that matter..
here is my mod list:
ported and polished head
cosworth M3 cams
FP RED turbo
Walbro 255lph pump
Power Enterprise 800cc injectors
HKS Fuel Rail
HKS Fuel pressure regulator
HKS Racing Suction Kit
HKS Intercooler
HKS full intercooler piping
Greddy upper intercooler pipe
Buschur Racing 5spd Short Shifter
Buschur Racing 5spd Shifter bushing kit
cosworth tit. valve spring and retainers
ARP head studs
EPM Open wastegate O2 housing
GSC 3'' DP
cat delete
Blitz Nur Spec R Catback
Defi Gauges (boost,oil,water)
innovate Airfuel ratio meter
D2 Coilovers
Advan RS 18x9's
Yokohama Advans 255/35/18
Exedy Twin plate clutch
i got the following questions:
1) would you recommend it?
2) are my injectors sufficient??
3) would i need to go with a twin pump setup for about 35lbs of boost?
4) assuming i am at ~450whp/~385ftlbs @ 26psi...what would you ROUGHLY predict my power increase would be with about 8psi more boost and meth and a good retune?
5) finally...if you recommend meth..which kit would you go with and why?
thanks in advance

1. Highly recommended
2. yes because alky or meth gives you some headroom on fuel, either by allowing you turn a little leaner safely or depending on the size nozzle you run the meth can be an added fuel itself
3. doubtful for same reasons
4. too hard to judge but i would be disapointe with less than 40 wtq gain, and around 30 whp, really depends on the tuner tho
5. SMC SMC SMC. Mostly because these guys are AWESOME! I cannot say enough thanks to them. I bought my Smc kit used and after Running some *undisclosed liquid* my pump started leaking because it had a negative reaction with the seals. I had already disassembled the whole pump and gave them a call to inquire about either a new pump or rebuild kit. The guy on the phone simply replied... we take car of our guys, just send it back and we will rebuild it for you. At this point im like crap.....probly shouldn't have taken that apart haha. So i told the guy, thats really nice but i don't have a receipt and its already apart, he goes did you loose anything? .... Im like nope its all here.... hes like drop it in a box man!! They even went as far as to pay the return shipping. Their kit is not the most elaborate, but it works quite well and they are truly some of the most stand up people I have dealt with my entire time in the evo community

I think 20gmr summed it up really well. With similar mods and on the FPRed waiting list I am going with 1200cc injectors. Though I'm going to 1200's as I want to future proof as best I can (e85 if it becomes more available, for instance).
That sounds like a glowing review of SMC; incredible sounding customer service. I personally have an AEM kit with an added failsafe, and so far I'm happy. Others really like the Aquamist kits, etc.
I think you should definitely go with meth as everything I have heard is that the Red really wakes up above 30psi.

1) Not only yes, but HELL YES!
2) Don't know since I am on a BBK
3) Doubt it
4) Low 500 hp/ 450-480 tq
5) I have Labonte and really like it, Aquamist would be my other choice. Very easy to tune, install is not that bad and I am hardly close to being mechanically/electrically inclined.

Good luck with the meth Moosa... I refuse to run it, only because there is that slight chance that something is going to break and then blow my motor... I don't trust the fail safe stuff...
Just be careful when mixing the meth...it isn't exactly friendly stuff. Be sure to wear gloves and a mask. Also, if you run 100% meth, it is recommended that you vent your meth tank to the outside of your car with some sort of tubing. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, but the fact that 100% meth has such a high evaporation rate causes a lot of fumes that you don't want to build up or have vented into your car for the above health reason. From personal experience, I would just go with a 50/50 mixture. You don't have to vent your tank and it is a lot more stable. Also, meth burns clear so be careful of that...you don't need to have a Ricky Bobby incident. When measuring out your 50/50 mixture, make sure to measure by weight, not volume, it is more accurate, but whichever way you do it, make sure that you are consistant from tank to tank, otherwise it will screw with your tune. I'm assuming that you cannot source premixed 50/50 over in dubai which is unfortunate as it is honestly the best way to go. Alright, I'm done with my $.02 Ooo....one more thing, you should really consider going with an aquamist kit, they are superior to every other kit out there...that is from personal experience with other kits as well.
