short clutch release rod

Is this worth it??? I replaced my clutch about 5k miles ago with an exedy single disc and an ACT flywheel. I heard that sometimes the clutch might not fully disengage. But then on the other end with it being shorter would it not fully engage the clutch?!?!?!? I know the lancer shop is I posted the link so you guys will know what I'm talking about
