looks like the clutch slipped A lot. Somebody was aggressive when the clutch was cold and never let off. These clutch require minor heat cycle before you beat on them. I have the triple and when I took it out to inspect it looked and measured Perfect..

These are hands down the best all around clutch, can drive it in 4 hours of stop and go traffic and still go to the track and run 10's
