No. Unless you will be running low boost on 93/pump.

Go to larger nozzles, from 880's, on up, UNLESS you'll be running Meth injection.

Even with meth 880's should be the bare minimum.

You should be fine on pump gas. Since you have them, watch your IDC's and give it a try. If you're seeing more than 110% IDC in EvoScan you should upgrade. Please remember this isn't true IDC which is why you're able to safely run to 110%; anything above 115% seems to be where you start to loose control and the injectors are just full open dumping fuel then most likely going lean in the upper RPM's (happened to me at 119.5%).

Get you a set of Bosch 1000s and call her good. The stock ECU will work fine with them and it will still leave you some wiggle room for future upgrades.

Agree with S2cracka. 780s are fine on pump gas for a Red. Just do the math.

Some are running 28#, even 30+# of boost on pump with the Red. I just wouldn't feel comfortable with 780's at those levels of boost. Granted I am not basing my doubts on empirical data. However, do the Math for me as I should have learned that in Adult School, but obviously I didn't..

Here you go:

56lb/min airflow (for a maxed Red)

injectors needed:

14.7 gasoline stoich

.783 lambda (11.5 AFR gasoline, 7.65:1 AFR e85)
56/11.5=4.87lb/min fuel

specific gravity of gasoline (.73-.76, .74 commonly used)

4.87*454=2211g/min fuel
2211/.74=2988cc/min fuel
2988cc/min fuel /4 = 747 cc injectors required at 100% duty cycle

Obviously a richer AFR will require slightly bigger injectors and a leaner AFR will require slightly smaller injectors. Of course it would be best to use bigger injectors than 780cc, but the OP's question was would he be OK without upgrading, since he has 780's already.

for the guys running bigger than 750s.... are the injectors transparent? Do you have sluggish warm start issues or is it like stock?

I've noticed this too. Why is that? Are the formulas for Evoscan just wrong?

I'm running 1k injectors and Kelford 272's my cold start up is fine. Starts right up first time everytime. My around town no boost to 10psi is just fine. So to the OP if you can get 880's or 1k's try to do it leaves you room for upgrades like race fuel
