I have a quick Q for you Craig if you don't mind explaining. I just bought your non Cdi ignition and will be installing it here shortly and was wondering what difference I will see with different gaps in the plugs. Typically I just buy the OEM plugs and put them in straight out of the box with the gap that they come with and have only once gapped them myself (when I was running meth).

Running the stock coils with high boost and the small gaps needed to keep from blowing out the spark hurts drivebility and magnifies the jerkiness often felt in these combos especially at low speeds ie: parking lot speeds, cruise
My stock ignition seems to be at the limit running 28-30psi on E85. I had to drop the gap down to .020" on BPR7ES's to clean things up. Booo tiny gaps. This is on my radar for sure.
