MAF/Airbox
Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced the issue that i have. While installing my AEM intake, has issues getting the MAF off of the stock air box. While trying to losen the top two bolts, the plastic that holds the bolt on the internal side, failed, allowing the bolt to turn.
Now, there is not enough room to get a wrench onto the other side, and of course, while attempting to do so, i messed up the honeycomb just enough to ruin the sensor apearently.
I did get the thing apart, and installed, check engine light is now on though.
As a side note, does anyone know where to get a MAF other than the dealer???? $443.39 through them. Hoping that my intake doesn't end up costing me $700.
Thanks
