i bought an evo accident and i know theat the car has camshaft aftermarket, injector bigger 3" exhaust, bigger turbo and a lot of aftermaket piece but now
i have only original stock on but the car can run idle he run really rought and stall i cant run with the car, i cant give throttle he stall
when i unplug the maf the check engine light goes on and the car run ok
but i try an other maf and the car ok
does it possible then the ecu is not stock and its my problem?
what ou think??

and he had 7 or 8 wire split at the ecu but now they are cut but i know then

Maybe had a custom map via ECUFlash.....if you have a cable hook it up to a computer and see what the base map is.

well if the ECU is tuned and you need to get the stock settings, try restarting your ECU and see if it persists.

 

i cant restart the ecu like that???
if i change ecu i need to reprogram the key and how to do that???

 

Needs a retune if a lot of things where changed.
