problem boosting past 7psi

ok, i have a IX MR SE, mods are a buschur intake pipe, perrin filter, valve cover breather, hallman RX pro MBC, injen LICP, tune, and N2MB wot box which is all electric components, 2 wires going to the ignition coils, one on the cam position sensor, and throttle position sensor, and the car is tuned... i boost leak tested the car a few days ago and found my throttle body to be leaking, so i was planning on rebuilding it today, well yesterday on the highway i hit full boost in 4th and heard a pop, so i figured my intercooler pipe blew off, but the car drove fine, it just wouldnt boost over 7psi aka .5 bar... sooooo i had the car on a lift yesterday at top level performance and we did the LICP, and found every intercooler pipe was on tight... so today we rebuilt the TB seals than did a boost leak test, went to 1.5bar no problem.... took it for a drive and wouldnt go over .5 bar yet again, my MBC is a few turns from full close, and everything else checks out, anybody have any ideas ??? the only few ive come up with is a bad wastegate, EGR line popped off, bad intake mani gasket... anything additional ? this is my DD but i also have a backup car, tomorrow my car is going back to top level and i was hoping i could come up with some ideas to check out... thanks guys !!!

Damn, I would have never guessed! Issues like this are kind of nice because they aren't that major but it forces you to upgrade!
