Help... I fried my spark plugs!
Last night, while driving over to my dads house... while in the process of shifting to 4th gear at approx. 3K RPM (granny shifting), my car starting bogging really bad... and I was forced to downshift it all the way to 1st... where I could barely get it out of 1st gear because it was running so crappy (blowing black smoke out the back and had a really rough idle). So I barely made it to my dad's... and then I parked it to take a look.
Looks like I blew the cap off the throttle body for some reason -- I have no idea why. Hell, I was driving like a grampa so I don't know... maybe it wasn't tight enough on there... or running high boost for so long loosened it up....
I also fried all of my spark plugs ... probably because I drove it for too long after it happened... but it seemed to be running kind of ****ty before it happened anyway.
Anyway, my question is... should I go 1 colder than stock for my new plugs? I see that some of you are running NGK BPR7ES plugs? Are they 1 colder than stock? What is the spec on our stock NGK's? All of my mods are listed below.... I'm at approx. 285-295 whp. Any help would be great... thanks!

I've also heard good things about HKS S40G (made by Denso)... 8 heat range plugs. I'm just hoping that I'm modded enough for colder plugs. But I would think so since I'm running leaner.. and I run up to 1.5 bar boost... which is al little over 21 psi I believe. Also, I fried the stockers so it may be worth it to try 1 colder.
