ACD Problem!

I read the sticky and found out the prev oil my previous workshop put in was wrong.

Some Kaaz LSD Oil and they blamed it on my Standalone

I put back the Stock Ralliart ECU and the lights still come on.

I read the sticky so i jus did a servicing to the proper ACD oil and bleed it.

BUT The lights STILL CAME ON!!

When i drive the lights dont come on for quite awhile until it just pops up out of no where.

Yet I can drive some times for long periods and it doesnt pop up at all.

Any Idea how i can solve this problem?

Which standalone ecu are you running?

Did they change the transfer oil, acd fluid or both?

Pressure issue i guess, try to bleed the acd one more time.

i was previous running power FC. workshop blamed the power FC for the lights.

but back with the stock ralliart ECU i still have the problem.

Now i had them drain the oil and use the original Mitsubishi Dia Queen...

Try to read the fault code of the acd ecu.

the mut-ii mitsu tool can read it. Either the dealership or a evo specific shop might have the tool.

it could be due to a # of things, did u recently have ur clutch swapped? check ur reservoir tank and see if it loses any oil? if so look under the car for any marks, but if u don;t find any leaks while ur oil level still dropping then i would say its the rubber seal between ur acd and transfercase if out. gl.
