Alright, I bought an 03 Evo 8 with a GReddy type S BOV recirced with single spring mod. I started to notice it sounding different when I hit stock max boost. The BOV sounded like it was getting cut off at the top of the blow. I asked a bunch of guys at a local car meet last night about it and one guy saw the BOV has a top nipple kind of hidden under my radiator hose and it is pushing out air. Is this nipple suppose to be connected to something? Or did it come with some type of plastic cap on the top of it? Car is completely stock minus Apex'i drop in filter. Sorry if this is not in the right section.
