In total she was pulled three times, the last time being yesterday, and it's final time.

So the trans and TC were filled and drained three times in the last month. I think my fluids are clean now.


I had a parts break down through ALLDATA at my work, where it did not show the smaller or ring.




After my post some one told me about the smaller on and it cured it. Wish I would have known prior.

Im glad everything worked out.Quick question do you know what the part number for the seal on the output shaft is?Not the oring but the seal,its numbered 3 in your all data picture.

The oil seal part number is MR980100 IIRC, i'll check when I get home.




Come to find out when I came to work today that I saw ONE drip of oil hanging of the TC. I cleaned that off and am hoping when I get home there is nothing there.


If there is, I might be pulling this bish out again.

No it's one of the seals for the transfer case. It's #3 in the pic.

I got the same problem.

I'm going to have to get that little o ring seal too I guess. Did you pick it up from the dealer?

The seal most people forget is: MD743612, a oring the size of a penny. its good to lube it before connecting tcase to trans or it can rip or fall off etc.
