i would reccomend any other LICP then the Injen pipe. You will see minimal gains with the injen licp.

Check into the AGP LICP.....great buy for the price and its a very well put together peice.

We have our lower pipe that showed 12-18whp gains over the stock unit and 7-10whp over the version that reduces to 1.8"/2.0"

All Stainless Steel / 4-ply silicone and t-bolt clamps!

Thanks,

Michael

Do you think the ETS will fit with the HKS intake pipe that I have?

^I think you may be confusing the upper and the lower pipe. The licp doesn't attach to the intake, the upper does.

Why does BR Licp and AMS reduce down before the turbo also hmmmmm. I wonder if there is a reason for that....cause if it would of made a big difference like 7+hp don't you think theses guys would have made it that way. MY $.02 cause i was wondering the same thing.

Sorry I went off topic but the placement of the bob is different a his injen combo that I
have.
Anyway, still wondering if the larger pipes sacrifice peak power over response.

Here is a dyno graph vs stock. (Average pull - we throw out highest and lowest)

Detailed Info Here:

Um... all of them do. The inlet pipe to the turbo is a certain size (can't remember exactly). In other words, it has to match up to this pipe or it won't have a way to connect to the turbo.

Not all do?

The silicone reduces right on the turbo outlet, so you get the largest possible diameter at the turbo outlet. The biggest problem is most companies reduce down to 2.0" or smaller for a longer period of time around a 90 degree bend. This really slows flow down.

Thanks,

Michael

Stock clutch and daily driven until 3 days ago.

It is at Mojo/Adam out here in L.I. NY, and he is working on it last few days.

My mods will be :
Apexi intake w/HKS pipe, Apexi downpipe, Megan O2, HFC, Apexi WS2 w/ modded full3" midpipe w/ RRE resonator (keeping it quiet), Injen U&LICP, PWR intercooler,
660CC Greddy injectors, HKS 264/264, Hallman RX pro, APS BOV, and Exedy Stg1 w/ clutch line.

I thought about response over peak power for all the NY traffic I have to deal with. Thanks Toshi
There's better and cheaper parts that make more power than the ones you chose, just FYI.

Also, why are you getting injectors? The stockers are fine for those mods. Also, you REALLY should add a Walbro 255 to that list and a Mellon tun to wrap it all up.

I guess that came out wrong... I meant they all reduce to meet the stock outlet pipe (whether it be the piping itself reducing or the reducer coupler itself). My bad.

The 7-10whp was achieved over the lower pipes on the market that make a 90 degree 2.0" or 1.8" bend.

Thanks,

Michael

Well bboypuertoroc, Thanks for educating me on cheaper items, but I did not pay retail price for any of my parts. 6years of accumulating "slightly used" parts from fellow brothers on this forum.

Regarding the injectors, it is always good to replace the injectors, especially for future mods as they wear out and has small mesh filters.
660CC is a very small improvement, and I got it for price of 1 brand new. No fuel = blown engine.

Thank you for the info anyway.

Getting back on topic, thanks for all the answers regarding the LICP.
