I got the gauge mitsubishi
Is it something the previous owner?
And where are the wires coming out of it?

its an electric boost gauge of some type.

The boost source hose will connect to the black box.....then wires will run from that black peice into your car and hook behind your guage.

Where do the wires?

Take the gauge is that, for the mitsubishi, but I bought the car used and of course, is not what it is, or who have served, and as I have now this useless

It's an old school style boost sender for an electrical boost gauge, probably an old Prosport gauge. You can take that off, you don't need that anymore if you don't have the electrical boost gauge. Since it doesn't have wires, I'm guessing the owner just left it because he was too lazy to uninstall it completely.
