Clutch problem-anyone threatened lawsuit?

evoracerx, thats exactly what I wanted to hear that Mitsu was indeed replacing clutches that failed prematurely under "normal" wear and tear. I suspected that it really is on a case by case basis, but I never heard the other side of the story from people who hadn't abused the clutch and did have failure issues (but did get satisfaction). Glad to hear Mitsu rectified your situation. FYI, if I could find a lawyer for $150, I wouldn't hire them, I'd be concerned about their lack of experience! (SMILE).

Good Faith Agreement

Ask them to fix it under a good faith agreement thats how I got mine fixed
