6 Pad solid hub or performance disc??
6 Pad solid hub or performance disc??
i orginally ordered the performance disc from ACT but they sent me the 6 pad instead which do u guys think is better?????? should i send the 6 pad back???
It comes down to personal preference. I drove a 6 puck ACT unsprung and it seemed to want to chatter more starting out in first gear over my sprung 6 puck ACT. Not a huge difference. The unsprung is lighter disc so it should be even quicker to shift though I have zero issues with the sprung ACT 6 puck NLTS at 8000rpms.
My buddy's car I drove got over 60000 miles on his unsprung 6 puck. 15K of it was behind a GT35r making 460hp on a dyno dynamics.
Its not the easiest clutch to drive but holds power like the $1500 twins at a much cheaper price.
