Is this an evo trans?

I found this online for sale and the discription says 06 mitsubishi lancer transmission for a 2.0L. I was wondering if its for an evo, to me it sure looks like it.

i dont think so, the evo has a pull style clutch and the one pictured is a push style looking at how the slave is mounted and the fork is going to move. and it looks to be for a front wheel drive car.

cant be for a front wheel drive. theres room for the transfer case on this one (you can see it on the first pic). it looks pretty similar to the 5spd evo tranny.

but your right... the clutch thing is on the wrong side.

no, its a fwd trans. it has a seal for a axle and no shaft for the tcase. my 5 speed trans looks the same as the 6 speed pictured also.

That is a fwd tranny, and like said before it is a push style clutch. Not for an evo.
