Boost leak test help

So, I'm in the middle of my tune with Mellon and looks like I may have a boost leak, I did a search and I see that the engine needs to be at TDC, is this true? If so, how do I get TDC? I made a plug, for the inlet side of the turbo, do I just pressurize it and check or what? Where should I look for boost leaks? I checked the intake mani, throttle body, Intercooler and piping, vacuum and boost lines.

No, it doesn't need to be at TDC search bro! The answer is here ALL OVER. Don't over think it, do it.

Ok, I'll give it a try. I saw all the threads and when most couldn't get any pressure they were told to go to TDC. Do I need to disconnect/plug the MBC or PCV?

I made a lowes boost tester, worked great, used a 10 gallon portable tank to pressurize to 18 psi.

So, I'm going to do it again with a Hallman Pro MBC and see what happens. I was getting about 17-18 psi and the only leak I saw was from the TurboXS MBC, I tightened it all the way down and wasn't getting any leaks. Where are good places to look for leaks? I checked the intake mani, Intercooler and piping, vacuum and boost lines.
