NeW FP Red(80mm) vs FP Green(80mm)

wondering peoples thoughts on which is better for my setup..
mods:
TBE
Blitz EBC
ported intake/exhaust mani
EPM o2 dump
ams front mount
IC pipes
GSC S2's
ARP head studs
walbro


debating aquamist and E85... so which does everyone think is better for a streetable fast spool as well as good top end turbo for 91oct pump gas, E85, Pump/aquamist.

i'd go with the red, its a proven turbo 9 sec turbo on e85 and meth you can run more boost safely and it'll hold the power up there not like the green that maxes out around 450-470

It's always the same answer when debating turbos. What is your cars primary use?

Drag race? Get the Red.
Road race? Get the Green.

Somewhere in between? Choose what matters to you more.

The new HTA Green with the 80mm inlet has already made over 500whp on E85.

I think he is referring to a mustang dyno to which he is correct. The 500+ was done on a dynojet.

Off topic a little but are they coming out with a HTA red turbo? Or would that be the 80mm Red?

The current Red, in either the stock or 80mm compressor housing, uses a reversed version of their HTA76 compressor wheel already.

well goals are like mid 400s to 500. id say street race lol over drag and road race and it has to be very streetable!
