FP 80mm Compressor Cover
I will be upgrading to the new 80mm housing. (FP just shipped the new housing yesterday)
But I won't be heading to the dyno till probably end of next month. (too freaking hot right now) It was 115 today : P
But I will keep everybody posted.

If FP says it does not make more power or torque, why don't you believe them (seeing as they designed and manufactured the turbo ) ??? The 80mm cover was designed with a different purpose....
i the extensive reading i did on the red , only remeber 1 guy complaning that he had lost lots of torque by switching to 80mm on a red ....from the standard red
only 1 post by him , HE posted 1 dyno chart that said ams , and the end of his post he wrote
I WONDER IF WERE DOING SOMETHING WRONG HERE

I would say the Red. It would be a pretty sick pump turbo with a V5 manifold. The manifold should allow you to run more timing too! I would say 475hp easy on 93 with a V5. I'm just guessing though. If you can hit 575+ on pump HTA3586 then you should be able to reach 475 pump on Red easy
, maybe more depending on if you have a ported head, how large your IC is, compression, and cams. I'm not sure that I have seen anyone max the red on pump yet. If anyone has any comments on this please add.
