quick ? about aem and no lift shift
quick ? about aem and no lift shift
does oil pressure drop during a no lift shift with a aem ems just wondering. if no lift to shift is worth using on a drag application set up. or is there somthing better or the same that the pros use...please chime in guys this would help a lot.
NLS is good for keeping boost between rpms. Not sure why oil pressure would drop between shifts. I would assume it would keep up as the rpms maintained within a 2k rpm gap.
IMHO I think NLS is the worst idea ever invented. Gives a lot of ameturs some headway without learning things first. It also makes daily driving horrible.

Refer to the AEM specific forum on how to set it up.
A lot of the cars i tune will use NLS to hold boost between shifts and it does work great, highly recommended for anyone using a decent sized turbo and manual gear box. Here is an EVO 8 I just did for a guy in Central America.
