I searched but dindt found an answer..

Can you use a gt30 on a stock internal engine? How much boost can you run?
Are these turbo better than fp ones?

When these turbo make full boost?

Yes, you can use this kit with stock internals as long as you don't get to crazy with turning up the boost and your tune is good. I know a couple of people who are running 35r's and 3076's on stock internals. I don't know when this kit see's full boost though.

 

Generally the rule of thumb is the stock engine can handle ~500 ft lbs (I believe the rods are the weak link at that point)....The GT30 series are nice, but there are several other turbos out in the marketplace that seems to flow similar numbers, spool quicker, and use the stock exhaust manifold - BBK Full, FP Green / Red, MAP SST, and Tomei ARMS....
