ac problem

whenever i come to a stop during normal driving my ac will start getting warm. Once I start moving it gets cold again. My ac fan will be on sometimes and off sometimes, regardless if the ac is on or not. The other fan will do the same, however it never has one set speed. It will be full speed and then start slowing down, then go to full speed again, and so on...

Do you think the fan control modules are messed up or is it something else? The ac has been recharged already...

Me and a friend were going to hard wire the fans to stay on all the time to see if it would fix the problem but there are three wires that run to the fan (red that runs to the middle of the fan, black and blue which run to the side of the fan), and we didn't want to take any chances and mess that up. Does anyone know which wires are power and ground?

The Evo has a great cooling system. Few people ever report problems. So, I'd suggest you figure what is wrong and fix it rather than making any modifications.
