Motor help!!!

So my friend is on deployment and I was going to try and have his eclipse back up and running before he gets back. He was having the hardest problem with getting the car to start. Here is what I know and I would love some help. If you can't help that’s fine but I want to try and help him.

We couldn't get the car to start. He did some headwork (valves and port work) and put head back on and it won't start... there is no fuel pump relay sound so before he left he replaced the fuel pump and relay. Still no luck.... What else could be the problem? Could be a million things... IMO

I really appreciate your help guys! I'm trying to help out a friend before he gets back from deployment. When he gets back he is out of the Navy and suppose to drive cross country back to VA. He needs his car. Thanks a bunch

Give Lucas or Aaron a call over at English Racing (www.englishracing.net). They are in your neck of the woods and specialize in DSM and Mitsu. Good luck.

Well you are missing something then. Track down the problem. If it's not getting power, track down where it gets power from. Does the accessory power on like it wants to start? Just narrow it down, start ruling things out. Check other things.
