Hey Buschur, just wonderig i saw a wrx tonight in Canton OHIO and he said he had 600hp and u guys sponsored it, it was blue with gunmetal wheels and orange graphics all over it that said Buschur racing, so i instantly went over to talk to him because im sending my car up there when the turbo kit is available he said you guys put like a 25g turbo or somthing? is that legit? if so DAMN...

 

i highly doubt it
not many trannys can hold that much
hell my 2.5 RST with the Vishnu kit was making about 400 and couldnt hold a dogbox for more than a month!

Yes, that is Scott Miller's car. He is getting it all set up for some serious runs. He has our Mitsubishi turbo kit on it and is using our BR 580 turbo on it. He is also using one of our liquid intercoolers on the car. Very serious WRX.

If you spend the money, it's not as hard as you would think. The br580 will support a ton of power, and i'm sure Dave wouldn't put that on the car wihtout the owner know what is needed. That turbo has supported close to 600 awhp on a 2.0 4g63 so it's definately possible. The esx drag car was runing 10s on a dog box before it switched to an auto, and it was breaking axels. So, yeah, it's possible. Is this car going to be on the site or is just a regular customer's car Dave?

 

Hold on, I didn't say it made 600 whp yet. I said it is a very serious car. Scott is busting his butt on it and we are helping out with it. He has the parts on the car to make the power.

Everything can happen with the right budget and drive to do it.
Look at Shepherd, 8.7's at 165 in an AWD DSM. I never would have thought it was possible, I certainly didn't have the drive to stick with it that long
