Difference between Exedy SD vs HD...

I have been reading/searching info for the EXEDY SD vs HD but I cannot find anything defined distinction. I know my evom GURU's can assist me here, btw I just installed a Twiny setup on my car.
Looking for some quick repsonses...

The only difference between the two is the pressure plates.

they will likely look the same. Just the finger pressure will prob be different
do yourself the favor and just get the HD. I rather have more clutch then not enuff.
esp since the pedal pressure on the HD is soooo nice already. Its just a little teeny nit heavier then stock. Much nicer then my ACT was

Man I love this clutch, this feels softer than stock, if it wasnt for the chattering whenever the pedal is depressed, nobody will drive my car and know that a twin disc is in it..

My ACT so far is holding up just fine but I do believe that once I do the meth and more boost it's going to die out real quick.....I'm saving for the Exedy HD and TurboTrix Clutch Fork Stop

bringing this back from the dead. Is there a part number on the pressure plate or something to make sure it's the correct one

wich one is best for city driving sd or hd on exedy , im planing to install exedy stage 2 but im concern about the pedal presure , here we have a heavy trafic and a hard clutch is a nightmare

CM06H = HD
CM06S = SD
